By participating, user agrees to grant a perpetual irrevokable license to MyOutdoorsHub.com on all submissions which may be used at MyOutdoorsHub's sole discretion at for any future publication with appropriate credit given to user. 3. User acknowledges that there are technical malfunctions including but not limited to service interruptions, computer failure, or computer virus that may interfere with contestant's registration. Administrators will do everything possible to prevent the above, but in the event of such, user agrees to hold harmless Administrators for any present and future claims arising from technical difficulties. 5. Administrators retain the right to remove any submission if in their sole opinion, it is offensive, prone to incite violence or any other criminal activity, or in violation of any law. In the event of such removal, the user will be notified via email. The Administrators retain the right to ban a user if his/her conduct is so offense as to shock the sensibility of the online community or if they deem the user has committed fraud of any type. The decision of the Administrators is final. 6. This service and website is administered under the laws of the state of Arkansas. Any actions arising as a result of this contest must be brought exclusively in a court of Arkansas jurisdiction.
