Termination
This agreement is subject to termination at will by either party without notice. The owners will have the right to immediately terminate user's access privileges in the event of any conduct by user that the owners consider to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by user of this agreement.

Miscellaneous
This agreement along with any future authorized agreements are the sum total of these terms of service. This agreement supersedes all previous written agreements and all previous or subsequent oral agreements. The owners reserve the right to update this agreement. This agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arkansas and any disputes will be resolved solely in a court of Arkansas jurisdiction baring all others.

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or in conflict with federal, state, or municipal law, it is severed from the agreement and the remaining portion maintains its full force and validity.

Legal Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions are binding upon the following parties: MyOutdoorsHub.com and/or CreativeAnswer.com, hereinafter called Administrators, and the party registering, hereinafter called user.

2. By participating, user agrees to grant a perpetual irrevokable license to MyOutdoorsHub.com on all submissions which may be used at MyOutdoorsHub's sole discretion at for any future publication with appropriate credit given to user.

3. User acknowledges that there are technical malfunctions including but not limited to service interruptions, computer failure, or computer virus that may interfere with contestant's registration. Administrators will do everything possible to prevent the above, but in the event of such, user agrees to hold harmless Administrators for any present and future claims arising from technical difficulties.

5. Administrators retain the right to remove any submission if in their sole opinion, it is offensive, prone to incite violence or any other criminal activity, or in violation of any law. In the event of such removal, the user will be notified via email. The Administrators retain the right to ban a user if his/her conduct is so offense as to shock the sensibility of the online community or if they deem the user has committed fraud of any type. The decision of the Administrators is final.

6. This service and website is administered under the laws of the state of Arkansas. Any actions arising as a result of this contest must be brought exclusively in a court of Arkansas jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions along with user’s participation constitute a complete integration of this agreement and supersede any oral statements either previous or future or any previous written statements. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions are deemed in conflict with applicable federal, state, county, or municipal law, it will be stricken from the document and the remaining clauses will retain their full force and validity.

Effective Date
The text of this agreement was last modified on January 24, 2008, and was incorporated and effective immediately thereafter. For the purposes of acceptance, the initial reading and continued use of this site after this date constitute an agreement to the terms therein and to this agreement between the owners and the user.
